Still in my early teens me and a mate Wayne used to go hunting together and walking the railway line was one of our regular routes. one day we were on the viaduct and came across a dead sheep it had been sliced open by a train and its entrails were hanging out, we looked over the edge of the viaduct and below was a lone fisherman fly fishing on what we called the island which was out in the river, so me and Wayne looked at each other and started giggling are you thinking what i'm thinking he said we grabbed a pair of legs each and one two threeeeee and over the sheep went, as soon as it left our hands for me everything went into slow motion i looked over and could see the entrails were flapping about like a failed parachute as the sheep fell and the guy below casting and reeling in his lure totally oblivious of what was about to happen the sheep hit the ground feet from the guy he hit he deck in shock me and Wayne collapsed laughing next thing we know there's a guy running down the track screaming at us we start running but we are laughing so hard it was difficult to run, luckily the guy chasing us had already run about quarter of a mile up hill so he was too fucked to carry on and we got away

Who's that fat cunt with my bike
-
There's no shortages here, the fucking press mention there may be a shortage of delivery drivers but there's no reason to panic and as usual the thick greedy twats in this country that think of no one but themselves panic and create a big problem out of a slight inconvenience nothing but twats all of them spoilt my ride on my bike today
-
@Grasshopper's Ride for some reason @boboneleg had this photo to hand maybe it was in his wank bank
-
That's because you don't live here and probably didn't go past your front door today

People trying to get fuel today was like this

Sorry Pedro didn't proofread it after posting hopefully I've made it a bit more legible now

Needed blood taken this morning so had a day off and was going to have a quiet day chilling out, after the doctors i thought i'd add my new bike and the daughters car to my list of tax MOT and insurance due dates and realised the old Africa twin was due its MOT today. Phoned the place i take it and he said he'd fit me in which made me think i could get a ride in after, great that's my day off all planned and i was out after topping up the air in the tyres. Because i don't listen to the news i hadn't a clue why there were long ques at fuel stations as i headed up the valley i only found out off the guy doing the MOT what was happening, i needed fuel but i couldn't remember if i'd reset the trip on last fill up or not and then there was the thought had i syphoned any fuel out to put in one of the other bikes as i sometime do if the bikes been sat there for a while, anyhow i decided to ride and if the opportunity arrived on route i'd fill up but every fuel station i passed was heaving with dipshits panic buying so i kept going, after a while i was getting pissed off with not being sure of how much fuel is in the tank and its not the kind of tank you can see in without a torch so decided to head home i hadn't hit reserve yet so i was ok to get home on what the bike holds in reserve. On the way back i decided to take the old girl over Eglwysilan mountain i was going to stop to look at the view but there was an eerie fog rolling in so took a quick couple of photos and headed home. When i got home i got the torch out to look in the tank as i couldn't hear anything slopping about when i shook it, to my surprise there was nothing in there i'd left the bike on reserve last time i was out and forgotten about it another few miles and i'd have been walking

Now i have to ask this is there a reason why you didn't get the old tank resprayed and sell the new one on
-
There was a lot of them there
-
Great job @boboneleg looks like it should have been that colour from the factory. Did they let you keep the old tank
-
And the six months after that when the sun comes out again
-
Initially Yes but that comes off with a bit of WD40 and on the dirt bikes i don't care they get covered in worse crap than that anyway
-
@XTreme I'll have you know my chains are almost self cleaning since I've been using gear oil on them Look at this all i done is hose the bike off and add oil to the chain no effort used at all
-
I hope they didn't put the thermometer in your mouth to check your temperature

There was a small rock step just before on a steep up hill the bike is on the flat after, i thought i would be clever and pop a wheelie up it but i overdone it a bit, when the rear wheel hit it bucked me off but i didn't let go and i couldn't reach the clutch which ended up almost flipping it. Your right though get up all the hard stuff and do that on something relatively easy I am really impressed the mudguard survived there isn't a mark or stress line anywhere yet the flexible number plate has a permanent crease now

Just as we pulled in for fuel it pissed down, Laurie found that scrounging in the rubbish put it on thinking he was sorted for the day by the time we finished food it had all dried up he kept it on for a few hours just in case
