As much as i'd like something like that to see what exactly is giving me spikes i just couldn't live with it attached to me. I've been reading about development with non intrusive devices like these smart watches which sound pretty exciting but not sure if they will get the breakthrough they need for it to work in my lifetime

That's why i'm a diabetic
-
I don't know what scale they measure the blood glucose levels in when they tested me but i was 162 when i was diagnosed and the highest i got to was 178, the result i had last was 142 which is ok and around the same as someone who isn't diabetic but my memory is shit so those test result might not have a 1 in front of them i'll ask on Thursday again
-
I'm still diet controlled not on any medication yet and hoping to stay off it. After the last high one i had the annual eye test revealed signs of the diabetic eye disease retinopathy which to be honest frightened the shit out of me, so i was good to the next blood test but I've started slipping back into my old ways again just have to see what happens on Thursday
-
Results of the blood test i had 6 months ago was really good, waiting for the results of the blood test i had a week ago to see if i'm keeping it down as the ones before were gradually getting higher
-
I was thinking the same

When i was first diagnosed as being diabetic i gave the wife a row for leaving sweats and shit where i could find them as i have no will power at all and will scoff the lot. So i thought she had stopped buying them as i'd not seen or been able to find anything for a long time, that was until i went somewhere i very rarely go near, the fucking washing machine, it was full and not with laundry

It was bloody windy probably why it was deserted -
That's long gone 15 hours is fully run in i'm on 33 hours now. I don't want to bash it up but its going to happen using it for what i bought it for unfortunately

All fixed i took a trip up to find the bit of missing plastic and fused it back together with my soldering iron. Also pulled the rad back to somewhere near to its original position cant straighten it out properly without removing it and that means draining the cooling system so it will do for now Before After

@boboneleg I bought a new PC about 6 or 7 years ago that came with a SSD for the operating system and a HDD for storage, it was light years ahead of my old PC i would walk away from it while it was booting up it used to take so long even now after seven years of abuse this PC only takes 23 seconds from pressing the on button to surfing the net. Not sure if it will speed up your internet browsing but everything else is so much faster and smoother. And just to say you get alot more for your money if you buy a PC instead of a laptop

Had a great ride with the TRF again yesterday perfect weather for trail riding, we started with 11 riders then went down to 10 and later went up to 13 which went back to 10 and then went up to 11 again as we bumped into other riders and a few dropped out on route. We were in the Pontypool and Usk area again, everything is totally different after the recent rain we've had didn't have time to take photos as the ride was flowing so nicely. Only incident for me was I dropped the bloody bike fooling about on the way to the meeting point not 10 minutes from my house and bent the radiator. I think the rad brace i fitted payed for themselves yesterday. I had time to take this as there's someone laying down in the stream ahead Dreaded roman road in Mamhilad again those rocks were slippery This is what almost fucked my rad, i was practising riding over it when my footrest caught the piece of concrete sticking up and stalled the bike there was nowhere to put my foot down so the bike fell over landing on that large piece of concrete with the radiator taking the full impact. Assessing the damage when i got home I think without the brace on i would have been pushing it home
