  1. Probably be sought after with the Harley badge in the future
  2. I'd like to try one but not into the sports bikes anymore as i cant see fast enough LOL i really like your electric Harley though but would never buy one at this moment in time for two reasons 1) i'm not willing to restrict my riding time by its range before it needs charging and 2) it cost more than i paid for my house
  3. Nice looking bike as usual from the Italians but Italians and electrics
  4. I probably would i bought my dominator for the winter and it became my go to bike for a long time
  5. Your bike really looks like its been photoshopped in there and i'm not trying to be funny, just saying it looks odd must be because the focus is on the bike and not the background
  6. Stop it you twat your putting me off them now, i quite like them and thinking of a bike to run thorough the winters but not happy about the old fart image i'll be branded with
  7. I don't think they do that they just capture the information and store it to be used as evidence if required, i think their official use is to do with monitoring traffic flow
  8. @Richzx6r Didn't fancy a Honda Blackbird then
  9. My sister found out quite early on that certain E numbers in food would send her daughter into a hyperactive madness where she would become almost uncontrollable. I was there once when the ice-cream van came round and my sister overheard the other mothers slagging her off for not letting her have an ice cream, my sister wiped the floor with them and ended with saying she'd buy her daughter an ice cream if they were willing to look after her for the next 12 hours. An example i remember was she could eat a tube of smarties but only after all the blue ones were removed as there was something in the blue colouring that would set her off.
  10. I suppose that would be up to the copper if you got pulled you over, probably be used as a way of making things worse for you if you were acting like a cock to him/her
  11. What @Slowlycatchymonkey said, I've seen it many times and before the internet I've seen people fighting over it in the local pub some people cant control their feelings on the subject and as far as i'm concerned its a lot of wasted time and effort because your talking about something you will never change and can only have an effect in the polling stations which is where i air my views, that's if i can be arsed to vote for whatever piece of trash is up for election.
  12. It is an MOT failure same as it has always been for custom plates, if i went to the wrong MOT station my trail bikes would fail every time on the number plates
  13. Yes but if you have garage plates on and are using them for their intended purpose your covered by them for tax insurance and MOT the car your driving doesn't need that. but doesn't mean you can nip over your mates house with them on as far as i'm aware.
  14. Its getting scary now, i was watching one of these police interceptor programs the other night where they had pulled a guy in a car with garage plates on but the rear one was missing and he said it was there when he left it must have fallen off, they asked him his route and then went to check the ANPR cameras, they had picked up the cars registration number along the route but not the garage plate i think they were looking at booking for using the garage plates to drive an untaxed and uninsured car about for a purpose other than their intended use.
  15. Yes but it would be a pretty petty prick of a copper to pull you on that one, although saying that an old friend of mine ended up in court because he put tape over the bike shops name at the bottom of the plate because he didn't want to advertise them, i'm not sure if he's told me the full story of what happened with the copper that stopped him and what went on in court but he left court with almost £800 fine and that was probably 10 years ago.
  16. New vehicles 2022 on have to comply to BS AU 145e now which also includes private plates on new vehicles which means the Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) cameras can detect them easier. you must also display The name of the business that supplied them. The postcode of that business. The name of the licence plate manufacturer. and your supposed to keep them clean so that's me fucked then LOL
  17. Its not always the parents fault Bob, My sister and her daughter are a prime example, she brought her up right in everyway you would think was right but shes off the rails, involved with drugs at an early age and her boy friends have all been criminals its the type she goes for for some reason, the one shes involved with now is currently in prison, my sister has sacrificed a lot of her life trying to get her back on track but shes not interested but still lives at home with my sister she hasn't and wont turn her back on her.
  18. To be fair Bob i feel until you've had kids of your own you have no idea how your going to react, my pair have been angels compared to some of the other kids i seen when out with them, i don't think i could have coped if they behaved like those
  19. When the Hayabusa first hit the showrooms there was a demonstrator in motorcycle world in Talbot Green close to me, i had bought a few bikes off the prick there so thought i'd see if i could get a test ride but he said he wouldn't let me go out on it unless i was buying it and done all the paperwork upfront and then the last thing would be a test ride. When i asked why he said people were taking it out just to do the top speed on it which is what i had planned LOL and he had the police phoning him almost every time it went out to say his demonstrator had just done a runner again
