I've been following this chanel to keep up with the Dakar, it's in italian and features a few of the italian Malle Moto participants, with on board and interviews by one participant. It's great content, there's Cezare, racing with a Kove, who is just pure cool class and has just slept by his bike in the dunes on the middle of the Empty Quarter stage. Can't recommend it enough.

I’ve got psoriasis, one fucked knee, and one sort of fucked but sort of ok knee. I’m keeping away from doctors and exam machines, I hope they’ll last until everything is done online

I've had a leak between the water meter in my house (which is in the wall by the street), and the house itself. A pipe burst and the only reason I noticed was that it was forming a little puddle, since it was hot Lea the Terrier had a nice refreshing sit on it and didn't want to move away

My mum decided to retire from being a doctor when she got to the age because her job turned from giving consultations to patients to spending 50% of her time dealing with making things IT streamlined, writing prescriptions online, arranging future consultations online, etc, this as a family general practitioner to people who then prefer to have the old school paper to take home. She got increasingly frustrated of her job becoming being a people's doctor to an IT person dealing with a failing IT system. She was very sad about it, during her days on that medical post she had become the doctor of three generations of the same families.

Probably nothing of note, weather got cold and supposedly it starts raining tomorrow. Will take Costa for a few walks but overall a quiet weekend. Might have dinner with a friend.
