You. It´s like catching crabs! No, there is oil inside the engine. I can see it through a little window

Been riding the GS, it's done a few miles now, mostly easy main roads. The little vent valve is off and the breather hole is open so that any remaining oil from inside the suspension arm can freely come out. The shaft is lubed inside, so I don't want to clean the inside of if with aggressive stuff like brake cleaner to not take lubrication and protection out of the shaft knuckles. So far, it's looking nice. I'll try and remember to fit the rubber breather valve in before it rains properly.

No it's not. It's dry as can be. I know because I checked Tomorrow I'll leave in the AM and meet @JustaPor for a chat and lunch on my favourite hilltop cafe. Then ride over to @Sofia's for a few days. Now, just relaxing while the fire keeps the cold outside.

Even considering the opposition that lurks in to check?

He definitely could have gotten TOTY as well for sure. Showing his groin, and dying? come on!

Mine doesn't stop, I park it outside and leave it idling.

Rode to my place today, sort of ugly dark rain clouds but only light showers so not enough to get wet. It felt way colder than it was at an indicated 14º, no pictures as I just felt like not stopping.

Closeted serial killer?

Can it cause death or dismemberment?

Apart from the views, the only success from that amount of half frozen bush is making it back to a warm home with a loving woman and a bottle of red wine! There is potential, but also there’s going to be a twist this month. December isn’t going to be just another month!

Gave my bike a quick wash in the morning, then went on a little ride around to have it properly dry and warm. Lazy sunday now.

He is a master with the crayons, though, have to give him that!

Back from having the output seal fixed, It’s like you don’t even care
-
It was chilly in the morning, well less than 10 in the morning.
-
If you care, bike’s back home, and turns out the leak wasn’t leaking anymore, it was just residual oil that was still inside the swinging arm. New seal was still put in now using the proper tool to have it aligned to spec, and we’re golden. I very much wish to go on a two day ride to Alentejo and maybe Algarve before Christmas, but still not sure I’ll be able to.

By cold I mean about 13° riding home at around 5PM, jeans and sneakers.

I had two meeting with clients who are friends in the morning, had lunch cooked by my mum, and went to pick the GS in the afternoon. Cold and sunny day, very nice.

Paul Vatanen, that’s what your name would have to be

300hp on a mark 1, talk about overkill, you’d need to have proper skills to handle that. Make it oldschool and 200hp, and it’ll be more fun and faster anywhere outside of a racetrack.
