All I can see now is deserted locations, roads that look like they've been bombed, and abandoned buildings strewn across the landscape! But I can handle it.......weather permitting!

.......my 22 month old grandson Jake has his first go on a little bike! Apparently he loves motorcycles......always stops to watch them on the road and likes looking at vids. Same thing goes with trains......very interested in them. So he's interested in bikes and trains, makes a lot of noise, very outgoing, and full of confidence. Total opposite to my son actually! Reminds me of somebody though? I think the clincher today was when we were watching him riding......and he rode up to the camera, put his hands in the air and shouted "Oh no". I asked my boy what's the matter.......and he said "It's picking to rain and he doesn't like rain"

And it acts as a permanent memory/record. A guy on FB who's a train buff liked the Seron Station report.......so I told him about the Caniles one from a month ago. No hope of finding it on a big bike group so I just gave him the forum link! Job done! Nice bit of exposure too because I had a reason to post it......if I didn't it would just look like spamming.

Out by 10 and back by 1........to visit the old Railway Station in Seron, Almeria! The line originally opened in 1894, and finally closed in 1984. And unlike many of these places, they've left a lot of the original elements in place including some of the tracks. You can also see where the locomotive turntable was, and some of the buildings have been restored.
