Calm down......it's just a cheap clickbait title to get your attention for something important! Though we are, in fact, coming from behind. Because as you know we're much younger (10 months) than most other forums out there. So we can't match those sites in terms of numbers of members, or quantity of posts. In that respect we're the poor relation! But I've always felt that quality rather than quantity is the yardstick by which all forums should be judged. The thing is, on many forums there's people talking away about bikes, and many of them appear to have a lot of knowledge on the subject. They know everything, and they've done everything! But in reality......do they? I've met up with some in real life and they don't know shit and can't ride for shit! And I expect you have too. So how do you know if people are the real deal or just internet bullshitters? In my opinion it's Ride Reports! Cos you're seeing people actually doing what they're talking about! They've talked the talk......and now they're walking the walk. Which brings me to this place! Did you know that in the first 6 weeks of 2021 we've clocked up THIRTY Ride Reports! And those Ride Reports came from EIGHT different countries: US, UK, Spain, France, Canada, Portugal, Australia, and New Zealand. That is very impressive indeed......and it blitzes every other UK/EU based forum out there from what I can see. Well done everybody! And @Clive, @Swagman, @Richzx6r, @Mawsley, and @skyrider........I'm sure you'll be surprised to know that on another forum they haven't even managed one so far this year! Now what's the word I'm looking for? Truly......this place is Where the Big Boys Play!

Oh yeh......fix anything with whatever came to hand.....in spit and sawdust shops!

I think he peaked with "Greasy kebab-eating cunt".

I thought you were just a cunt. On the other hand, Buck may have assigned you more attributes?

Yeh.....but you gotta think outside the box here Pedro. Ask yourself what geographic area is this site most likely to appeal to? You can discard any non-English speaking countries for a start, and while we've always had North American members with us, the predominant demographic has always been Brits. So there's no point in designing a header with various exotic locations etc.....they can't relate to that. So we had to come up with an image that they could relate to, and identify with. And what could be better than a gloomy, post-apocalyptic wasteland representing some sort of Mad Max-style world borrowed from dystopian fiction? It's home from home for them! Result I'd say! What you say @Tym?

Our life ticking away slowly......could be time for Barry McGuire to re-release this you know!

The mileage I'm doing these tyres will probably last longer than me!

You boost our rankings......those two bellends are the kiss of death with their stuff.
-
You're leaving yourself wide open there for some sick deviant like @Bruce or @Sir Fallsalot to start again. Fred's already confessing in my Ride Report how he likes to get on top of a knob. It doesn't help our Google rankings you know!

Fantastic shot Michelle! -
This particular header isn't the endpoint though Michelle. It's a sort of stepping stone really. Now people can get an idea of the type of shots we need I'm sure we can get better ones going forward.

Too much wind noise Fred! It ruins it!

The riding shot wasn't planned.....I originally thought just the bikes. But Bob submitted that and it looked quite impressive......so it was handy to use it to break up the two groups of bikes.
-
Yeh......but until I replace them Bob and Fred are going to keep calling them Gay! How can you have a Gay Tyre?

I'm Livin' on the Edge Michelle!

Still restricted to within the town perimeters......and I'm running short of roads now. But checking back on my Beemer pics it seems I'd never taken it to Las Santas......so off I went. 18c and blue skies so great conditions for February.....and the run enabled me to clock up 80 kms/50 miles over this weekend! This is Iron Butt shit right here!
