What's wrong with it Tym, is it worn or just gummed up with all the shit they put in the fuel now. If it just needs a refurb then see if you can find someone who's got an Ultrasonic cleaner. We have one in work and they're ace, strip the carb, bung it in the cleaner overnight. Flush it clean in the morning and then reassemble with new jets and you won't believe the difference ?

You might be right Fred, apparently it was fine last year ?

I'm glad me and Gaz are trail riders as it helped us get out without too much bother, the poor sods on road bikes had it bad. All that was feck all compared to the ride home, that was something on a whole other scale. You'll know Fred that a loaded CRF1000 is not a light bike and to watch it just get blown over like a feather was pretty eye opening .

I don't know if you know Tym but I suspect he's a fraud ?
