Was a warm ride, cool in the airport.....er hospital. also went to Asda for a bun. Not much of a ride, could have kept riding, but doubt the buns would have survived a long ride.

Whoo hoo...I am off out on the scoot again today Only going to the hospital for my MRI........but it's better than nothing.

You do have a way with words....er well 1 word.

But I can see the upside of putting a bike in a van/trailer and driving in comfort/warmth and riding it for a few days when you arrive at your destination, it's what the Germans did when I went on my Germany trip.

Who am I to comment, I hardly ride, can't take a decent photo, so my opinion is worth bugger all.

It's ok now, but I had to alter the base that I had already laid out for it to stand on.

Yes, the door is on the 10ft end. Not on the 8ft end as I wanted.......cannot get the scoot in straight, have to put it in from nearly corner to corner.

When I ordered my shed as asked for a 8ftx10ft...........bastids delivered a 10ftx8ft.....did not realize till all the parts and brackets were laid out on the lawn and I looked at the paperwork.

Mansfield have done very little since.......the Wembley game and beating West Ham was their claim to fame....

I went to (the old stadium) Wembley when Mansfield beat Bristol City in the Freight Rover cup final, Mansfield won on penalties. A good day out. I also was at Mansfield's ground when they beat West Ham in the FA cup......I got a black eye and lost a tooth cos Mansfield won.

Mansfield AFC V Worksop Town.....only going cos its being held at a place where I can have a pint while watching the game..

May watch the local football team play on Saturday afternoon.

Just Will Scarlet and Alan A Dales graves around here, all this area was at one time Sherwood Forest..

Will Scarlets (so called) grave is about 2 miles from where I live, and Maid Marrion (reputedly) lived in the same village, there again it may just be a load of guff.

When I (rarely) go there, I go on a Tuesday when it can be quiet, but with the kids on summer hols I doubt any day would be quiet.

It is gonna be packed, but have a nice trip. 🏍
