Well, just because the lightweights weren't up for a ride I thought I'd shame them! It was a bit chilly and pretty windy too, but I chose a route to give me as much shelter as possible. Thankful for the eBike when I was riding into 25-40kph headwind, especially up hill! @Clive that's about as deep as I'm prepared to go!

We've used ManoMano a few times too and they've been OK. I think that they are a bit of a shopfront type of site for other suppliers though?

Had an email from the guy who organises the rides. They won't be going out if the temp is below 5C, fucking lightweights!

You could try holding your breath until then, that should help too.

Another thing is that my dad couldn't cook anything other than a fry-up. My mum is amazed that me and my brother are the main cooks in our households and are willing to try cooking allsorts of different meals. Mum says that my dad liked the idea of being able to cook, but just didn't!
