Paddy, a journalist, goes to Afganistan for a documentary on "life in Afghanistan"..after the American exit.. In a little village he saw an old man and asked him to narrate a typical happy story of his village. The old man smiled and began: "One day, a long time ago, my goat got lost in the mountains. As is our tradition, all the men of the village gathered to drink vodka first and then looked for the goat. When we finally found her, as is our tradition, we all drank some more vodka and all the men in the village each got their turn to mate with the goat. We had so much fun that day!" Paddy realised that he couldn't publish such a story so he asked the old man if he had another happy story. The old man smiled again and started all over again: "Once, my neighbours wife got lost in the mountains. As per our tradition, all of the village's men gathered to drink vodka and then went to look for her. As is our tradition, when we finally found her, all the men in the village got their turn to mate with the neighbours wife. We had great fun that day!" Well.. Paddy couldn't publish that story either and therefore asked: "Don't you have a story that is less happy; something... umm ... sadder?" The old man's smile faded. His eyes welled up..... In a sad, soft voice he began: "One day I got lost in the mountains

Spent a hour and a half attempting to remove the oil filter from a friends bike, got it off eventually, almost destroyed the old filter in the process...

same here in Welsh Wales, if you ring and tell them a guy is going to kill you....nothing happens for days>>>>if you ring and say he called me a gay thing. You would be locked up in hours. Ring and say i have had my house broken into and trashed and my 5 year old is a hostage...they will give you a crime number for the insurance company Twats the uk Police.. Cameras every where you look, but no Police men or women.... Helicopters in the sky, very expensive crime cars...But try and get one.

We don't even need a police force in Scotland apparently, that's why they barely fund it, just enough to investigate hurty words on Facebook.

Standard price for dentures at the practise my wife attended was £300+. And that price was over 8 years ago, ain't got a clue of today's prices.... I need a partial set of dentures, but the price is out of our pocket.

Very close to the truth sadly. I am lucky that there is very little crime where I live but that is mostly because not many people live here or can afford to. You can find plenty just a few miles down the road.

I think the politicians, insurance services and utility companies have crime pretty much sorted over here.

Even thoe are government sucks at the moment...they installed a new program for senior to cover most of the cost for a dental clinic visit...covers 80 % of the cost if Im not mistaken....for 55 and older...haven't gone in yet since it is implemented...covers everything...even dentures...

I couldn't pull my own teeth if I wanted to...had a few root canals done over the years..the dentist said he never seen long roots like this...he had to make a special tool to get to the bottom of the root...lol.

Won't be riding today that's for sure....1 c at the moment...had to start the mini- split...
