Like a Triumph triple ............

Me....I would like a running project to keep me busy over the winter month, nothing needs doing to the scoot, so apart from polishing the scoot it does not keep me occupied. so it will more than likely be a empty shed IF the scoot sells next spring.

My sources say...he' s doing sermons all through the states...I have all seing eyes....not that theirs anything wrong with that ...I just wish He would come around and accept that the earth is older than 10 thousand years....but I also understand why he's so hard headed...have you seen the shape of his Skull....lol.

Or maybe he's just on holiday ..............

The Chinky has a large vent on either side of the fairing, which was just the right height to blow warm air over my upper legs, it was a blessing on cold trips, but a torment it the summer I keep looking at the (non running) CFMOTO 650 that's for sale at £450 on Marketplace, but the price of a ECU replacement is a expensive problem to rectify....

Vert tempted by this. Retro look modernish reliability and performance. https://www.tradebikesdirect.co.uk/used/bikes/triumph/adventurer/900-1995-29k-retro-classic-bike-new-mot-serviced-900cc-triple-3432#email-vehicle

Best weather protection I had was my 1978 BMW R100RS, that bathtub fairing was excellent. To be fair my CBF600S with a touring screen isn't at all bad but the BMW was king with two bloody great cylinders keeping your feet warm and dry.
-
The best bike I had for keeping dry was the Chinky, a good fairing, and it came with a summer (short) and winter (tall) screen, also the low pod mirrors ( same as on the Honda Pan) shielded and directed the rain away from my hands.

Spot on, I feel the cold because of the heart meds I’m on. I got the right thermal gear to wear but it’s not always convenient to change out of it at work so I appreciate it’s difficult for our friend with Reynards to ride to work in the colder months. She will be better off when she passes her test and can get something with more protection to ride. Her little CBR is good as 125s go but not ideal for cold weather commuting.
