Guys were paying ridiculous money for those things back 15 to 20 years ago...he'd be lucky to get 8 or 9 Canadian funny money for it now....think the fellow in question paid 25 and that's some year's ago...

It looks like a derivative of the bike made by Hero in India for the Indian only market that is badged Harley. Like anything Indian it’s going to be substandard.
