I got no issue with space savers like that, but it’s a good habit to have to check they’re a little over inflated with every oil change. The ones you have to inflate to use, those are a proper pain in the ass.

Been enjoying watching this guy restoring his Unimog, clever fella. Always loved the MOG's after having a ride in one years ago. Fantastic bit of kit.

My concern with he Chinese bikes is warranty, parts and service. this comes from working in the warranty department of a european importer and distributer of 8 Chinese manufacturers ( Not CF to be fair). People seem to forget that China is a communist dictatorship and the state controls all industry and entreprise ( despite what they would have you believe). I know because I have translated a number of contracts between Chinese suppliers and the compamy I work for and they all clearly lay out exactly who is the sole arbiter in any litigation that should arise... & it ain't the local chamber of commerce... They do not consider themselves beholden to eurpean laws or regulations, and only do so in order to be allowed to sell the machines over here, so you can forget any notions of obligation to supply parts for 10 years, and we currently have 4 suppliers who simply giggle at the idea of 2 years manufactureres garantie. We are oblige to sell with 2 years warranty, but that does not apply to the manufacturer. Look at what has happened to Segway powersports in Canada, the importer went bust so all garanties on machines sold there have become worthless overnight. I think it will be interesting to see what happens with these machines as they become more common and start getting older. There are, allegedly, some Chinese manufactureres who are beginning to chage mentality, CF may be one of them, Idon't know, but at the end of the day, if you have a problem and need legal recourse, you are attempting to sue the Chinese governement. Good luck with that!

Happily dozing in front of the fire a 10:30 PM and the Mrs rings and has a puncture picking Shadow and How High up from the Pub. FFS, anyway belt out there and gave them my car to get home and I set about changing her tyre to get her car home. The flat tire on her car is Fecked as it has a split in the side wall, I was hoping to plug it but that wasn't an option. Anyway got the Space Saver out and on but I am sure that was down on pressure, I couldn't get the metal valve cap off to add more so had to chance it for the 7 miles to get home. No tools in her car. Never went above 30 mph and got home safe. Booked her car into Quick Fit for a new set of 4 tyres on Monday afternoon, not a bill I needed before Christmas. Timing is bad but it needs new tyres for it's Mot in January so not the end of the world.

He's made a lot of money for sure. I like that AJ put manners on him though, about time he had a reality check in boxing terms. Shame @Six30 flounced I am sure he enjoyed it.
