Spend part of the day yesterday at Roland's camp , he's putting it on the market, and he's fixing a few things, he wanted to fix a ramp going to his utility shed....camp is due for paint , but he's not going to bother...leaving it to ever buys it, removing the cost for paint from the selling price...camp is large and was built in the 60 I think...

I don't think anyone here is going to buy that, @Nute is the only one here with unlimited funds but I don't think he wants to get bummed in the backwoods of Canada. I could be wrong.

I won't be buying it for dam sure...it's nice spot and all , but not something I've ever cared for...got enough work keeping my own property going and having another one in the middle of no where....
