Marcel Posted Saturday at 15:42 Share Posted Saturday at 15:42 The list is long....Im sure if any of them find there names on this list someday...some will never speak to me again...lol. Do any of you....have any ...just curious... Like the type who might rear- end you or pass you on the right side....left for you wrong side drivers...can't hold their line in a corner and cross over the center line...run in ditches or in the weeds... boboneleg Posted yesterday at 11:18 Share Posted yesterday at 11:18 All my mates are probably on the same level , I don't have any concerns about riding with them.

Just as well he didn’t ask about people who couldn’t be trusted driving a truck.
Marcel Posted yesterday at 12:45 Author Share Posted yesterday at 12:45 I know this is no laughing matter....shit happens , accidents happens....and I don't certainly think of myself has a pro...but more of a safe rider...keeping proper distance, center lane riding....formation riding isn't for me or side by side if you prefer...I like to have room to manouver if something pops up on the road unexpectedly....coming to my # 1 on the list... Marc...bought his first bike at the tender age of 60 ( a HD heritage deluxe ), after taking the mandatory riding course and written exam...here it give you the beginners permit...no passenger..no riding after dark with no limits on time to complete the full permit...it's been 3 years now and he hasn't gone in yet to do the final riding exam.... I usually ride in a extended staggered formation w/ my mates....even now w/ Ebikes, it gives you enough room for any sudden menouvers you might encounter. I think with some people, it's more of a status symbol to say that you have & ride a motorcycle. For me, it's not only how MANY miles you ride, but in what kind of conditions you cover those miles in....

Has nothing to do with miles...not saying it can't be done...but learning to ride a bike at 60 years old...I just think it's way to old...certain automatic reflex , like during and emergency monouver... Im gonna probably get alot a hate for this....lol....if I was at that age ...to learn how to ride...id probably start with a mellow 250 4 stroke and ride it offroad has much has possible...learning your limits, throwing it around , sliding it around on different tracks..until you're capable and fully comfortable applying the front brake on all sort of situations.... This Marc fellow...rides and is terrifying of using his front brakes...
