Earache

It was quite nice - cool out, empty highways that I could just cruise along at 90 mph. Was worried about elk, moose and animals in my home area -but all good after that.

Did just over 650 miles today and will have to do about 400 miles across Iowa and into Minnesota tomorrow. None of it will be fun. But, it should get better after that. In Omaha now, waiting on Todd to show up. He lives not too far away and will be meeting me tonight for dinner. More pics to come.....

The Sun popped up just as I crossed into Nebraska at yet another fuel stop....

Today was day one on my ride through Canada and to New Hampshire. Had to ride the flats of Eastern Colorado and Nebraska today, so not a lot of fun. YUp and riding at 0330 in order to beat the heat in Nebraska...

I dunno - it's not even my dog! He belongs to the neighbor at my shop and wanders in when the door is open to make himself at home. Fucker acts like he owns the place.

Same here - smoky as fuck from Canadian wildfires. Normally, you can see great detail in the mountain by my house. Not today......

Views miles outside of the Park are better. So much fun ripping along here at 80 mph as the sun cuts through the canyons...

But I did catch the Sun coming up across the desert floor...
