I'm not a cleaner so just dump lube on whenever it needs it but since i switched to using gear oil the chain seems to be almost self cleaning. Just remember this is the XR and its a bit like a gay boy because its usually up to its nuts in shit

Had a busy morning so far dropped the boy off to work weighed some scrap copper in and trimmed a small branch to make it easier to ride one of the trails we are doing tomorrow. loving my new saw?

This weekend is the first of my two weeks off work, so tomorrow the XR will have an oil change and Sunday i'll be riding the heavenly trails of wales, translated for Pete and Tym i'll be in their version of hell

I think it will have to be registered for the road here, which is good in one way as there would be hoards of teenagers tearing along the pavements (side walks ) on them here terrorising everyone

I think I've only been through London on a bike once that was about 30 years ago, I was following a mate to catch a ferry at Dover and he said we'll go through London as he new it like the back of his hand as he was a courier there for years, all i can say is if i could have caught him up i would have killed him it was no fun on a bike two up fully loaded never again

The only Christmas partying i regularly get involved with is the company works do. Its usually a free event payed for with the scrap cable saved through the year and most years its a mess and accompanied by total memory loss which isn't a bad thing because i don't think i'd like to remember what happened the night before some of the mornings i woken up to which has included a broken jaw one year and a broken collar bone a couple of years ago, so missing this years works do could turn out to be a good thing LOL
