  1. Sounds like it, I had a RD400D with Speeds and Reeds plus Stan Stevens tuned barrels. 12 to 20mpg with a pretty. narrow power band. Used to get hot too but went like a stabbed rat. Ruined the bike really, very difficult to ride as I remember.
  2. In all honesty I would prefer Allspeeds to Microns. On an Air Cooled RD400F.

I won’t hold my breath. I know there is a lot of rugby to be played yet. Be good to look back at this thread at the end of the tournament. Just for the record I didn’t like Eddie Jones when England were winning, so not sorry to see the back of him. I do like Borthers and it is way to soon to judge him yet. All early days for him but I wouldn’t pin your hopes on any silverware this year. Not that I don’t want to see England do well but have been on this path many times so not blindly optimistic either

France Ireland next week will give us all a good clue who is gonna win the six nations this year, may be a bit pessimistic and early day but don't think it will be Englands year.

Nope Ireland are awesome, I still thought there was a spark in the welsh play. Good game. Scotland score the first try

Dunno I woke up from my night shift 8 minutes in so didn’t hear the build up. Liam Williams’s just scored a ten for diving.

True but I think it all comes from pressure. Johnno hit the nail on the head half time. It’s small margins. Ireland just so bloody efficient.

It’s a good game though Welsh are playing well against probably the best team in the World at the moment. Hope Twickenham lives up to this standard.
  11. I think I might have over egged that story the two guys I was talking about were farmers sons (brothers), no doubt there was money there and their dad did pay for their bikes but they worked on the farm from a young age, and certainly weren't the entitled type. But on the other side their Dad also let his sons and a whole group of their friends ride in a wood on his land, twas bloody idyllic really. Really rugby killed that past time for a lot of us, when we got older and graduated to the first team none of us had much time for off roading anymore.

I bloody would if I was there. Just cause the WRU is rotten at the top the fans shouldn't have to give up their traditions. Absolute bollocks.
  16. Working, with two great clinicians in my favourite base, all good apart from we got the company cunt on control Sunday night. His nickname is Carbon Footprint as he gets the cars going randomly all over the county all fecking night.

    Whoops.

Bugger, choices are new helmet or off to eBay to buy a 75 x 30 mm sticker. Sticker time I think.
  20. The reason I thought that made sense was that I did own the bike for all of January.
  21. I don't mind either way, your forum your rules. Why not compromise? and keep the Himalayan up for January but put Pedros GS in for bike of the Year.
