Yes, it could. What you see in the vid are your corrective movements, not what is making you have to correct. What you feel is the bike moving to the outside of the turn and when you automatically correct the bike doesn't seem to want to, and then it seems to not want to bend in properly for the turn.
When the K100 did that to me while I was riding the Million Dollar Highway in Colorado in the rain the first thing I did when I got back home was to get a set of new Metzelers on it.Tyre pressures fine, no play in wheel bearings, steering head bearings are moving freely......there's literally nothing I can pinpoint.
I've had plenty of back end slides before on bikes, but on each occasion I knew what had caused it......usually me too heavy on the footbrake.
This one's a mystery.

I've disabled the right hand block till I'm sure it's available for Apple.

Christ! Looks like one of @yen_powell's.

Maybe it’s only available to administrators as a test?
No......I don't think so.
I downloaded off Google Play but they don't know my connection with this place.
I can't advise on the App Store though.

But that one doesn’t show up in my iPhone’s app store search
Maybe there's a country restriction in place?

Wrong one!

Shouldn’t it be the same as logging in here?
Yes......you're logging into the board itself.
You have installed the right App haven't you? "Communities By Invision".
Did you select Autos and then see us?

I would say glassy tarmac and/or low pressure tire, or indeed a worn tire.
I never get a bald front tire as confidence is lost way before that.
Front tyre is 6 months old.......back one came with the bike so not sure how old it is. Tread's OK though.

You don't have to get a puncture to get a tyre-induced wobble. Mere low pressure can do it.
Also, your line takes you from well-worn pavement to less worn pavement close to the white line at least twice.
Your front tyre did not like that.
Last thought: the record number of 40 to 50 degree C. you have had could have cooked your tyres badly, and they are beginning to show what that can mean.
At the time it felt like back end......but the video looks front end.
Could it look like that in the vid because of the back end?
-
@Sir Fallsalot @boboneleg @Clive @Catteeclan..........have you seen this?
-
Going into a left hander this morning and the bike threw a wobbler going into a left hand bend.
When it happened I initially thought a puncture or diesel on the road. But there was no puncture, and when I rode back to check the bend it was clear.
However, looking at the video it seems more like a sort of head shake because you can see the screen moving.
Any ideas?

I have only been there once.....can't remember seeing white cliffs
Is the pier still standing?
I dunno......last time I was there was in 1980.
Full of old people as I recall.
Can't stand old people!

rode to Sens, an hour north of home for an "off road training day"
1st exercise, using the centre stand, now my bike doesnt have one ( though i've done it a million times before on previous bikes) so I used the instructors bike, GS1200. I now have a dislocated left shoulder, have ridden an hour home one handed and am now waiting for Madame Moon to come home and take me to A &E.
Bugger!
Shit.....that's bad!
Heavy bikes in later years isn't a good combination.

Brilliant Fred........you've joined me in the world of Dark Motorcycling now?
And scary with the light off? I don't think you're going to encounter anybody or anything in there that looks more horrific than you!

Yeap although it's taken me an age to investigate. Had a wobble for a while and got worse. Tried cleaning with everything as I thought I got some polish or spray on but def a wonky disc. Sad days if Yam are fitting Chinese crap.
Any other owners reporting similar?

I've discovered a bubble around the dominator where gravity doesn't work. Had to blow down the tank to get the fuel into the carb and then all was well.
See what happens next time I go to start it.
Went to Norwich on bikes to collect a new front brake disc for the Tracer. Not good after 2 years and 6,000 miles but every things now made in China out of Chineesium so maybe it lasted well.
Tomorrow,,,,? Mandi got a bite on each leg Friday evening and now they're both a swollen blistering mess.6K miles out of a brake disc?
