As a kid I was into football......so I only know about football in the 60's. I was even at Wembley in 1966 for the England vs Mexico World Cup game when Bobby Charlton scored that goal. My favourite player then? Rodney Marsh! Best player I ever saw in person? George Best! Best player ever? Pele! Best team ever? Brazil at the 1970 World Cup in Mexico!

My eldest boy in Poland is a Liverpool fan as well.

Generally they're old farming areas where the people relocated to the cities looking for work in the 60's and 70's Rick. The only exception so far that I've found has been Los Goldines in Jaen where the inhabitants were forcibly evicted and the buildings demolished under Franco's orders.

Not as easy as it was when we came here.......because we can't just walk into another EU country to live anymore. Lot of hoops to jump through now......but we'll sort something out.

Yeh.......he's planning to get married soon so he'd like us to be nearer to him in Groningen.

NL......and it's been 16 years. Thing is, it didn't get to us so bad when we were younger. It's only in later years that we've struggled.

We were going to get it installed but it's likely we'll be leaving Spain......this will be our last Summer here I think.
