That 100+ bhp must make a big difference in the back of your van? -

Word on the street is you're considering a Chinky Ray? -
It was murder......no other way to describe it! I speak to Soili (Jarno's widow) on Facebook......she's still very, very bitter about it to this day.

Not at all Bob! What attracted me to it was it's a Thumper (I love 'em) and it's light at 190kg. Plus the underseat fuel tank gives it a low centre of gravity which is a big difference to the top-heavy Strom. Fuel consumption wasn't a consideration at all.....it's just an additional benefit. -

The reality is (and I've been saying it for years) nobody needs more than 100bhp. You may want it......but you don't need it! My bike just sips fuel anyway......so increasing prices are not going to make a great deal of difference to me. -
Sounds like he should be on here Keith!

Oh yeh.....the grieving families saw very little of it.

Motorcycle Racing's Darkest Day Fuel tanks were ruptured, sparks flew and a ball of fame engulfed the circuit, setting alight the hay bales uselessly lining the Armco. Riders rode through the blinding inferno at high speed, trying but mostly failing to avoid the fallen. In all, 14 riders crashed. Only one or two walked away; several were seriously injured. Saarinen and Pasolini were dead. And yet in spite of this scene of horror no warning flags were shown and the race wasn’t stopped. For several minutes many of the survivors kept racing, threading their way through the chaos each lap, until they pulled into the pits of their own volition and the race ended.

Bit old to be stretched over that surely?

I believe that is the general opinion people have of him!
-
If he could have restrained himself from being an annoying cunt for a week or two he could have been a contender. But he couldn't, and ultimately it was decided that Hoggs in 2015, and Blender and Fryer in 2019 were somewhat superior to him. Yes......he is that low in the world of motorcycling.
-
When it happened I wasn't surprised......he was always riding way beyond his limits.
-
This is always the problem..... @Six30 goes round trolling and just generally being an annoying cunt, and I always get roped into whatever he's done! That's what happened on the other place......apparently he upset some newbie and I got fucking implicated as well.

I was watching it on Sky News.......living in Chepstow then!

No problem finding filling stations Eric?

Slow news day and they needed filler probably.
