When we used to go looking at houses the first thing I'd check was the garage. And over here, unlike Britain, no issues with condensation. Back there I had some bikes that rusted in the garage despite being put away spotlessly clean and dry.

I'd never buy a house without a garage.......cos besides the bike we need it for storage. And that's with having an external building on the back patio as well. And the third bedroom.....which is full size and not a box room, is jammed up with shit as well! The wife will not throw anything away!

Sadly we've lost a few over the years......Chopstick Jim, Dirtybill, and SantaFeRider. There may be others who've we lost contact with as time passed.

Sounds like you're doing OK there......I'm still in Spain (16 years this year) but the shit Brit Pension (€800 a month) means I'll be working forever. But doing stuff on the Internet isn't exactly hard work........I'd be in deep shit if I had to do something that was physical.
