Not really because the Spanish accent has peaks and troughs like the Welsh one......but it's harsher and less melodic than the Welsh one. People who don't know me think I'm Scandinavian or Dutch.

I have no Spanish accent......I have a Welsh accent in Spanish.

Had a quick look round elsewhere and it appears that "the powers that be" are making a big joke out of their tendency to get drunk and then drive members off their forum!
