Not sure about parts availability after all these years though Grace. And they're pretty thirsty on fuel too......though not as much as the H1 500. From that era in that sector the RD350 is the best one to get.

Yes.....I had one back in the 70's. It was a replacement for the S2 350 which was probably a better bike in terms of performance. The S3 is a bit tamer but it still goes well enough......it'll wheelie off the throttle quite easily.

They could never be made today......they'd be considered too sexist.

Yes we are......but when @Slowlycatchymonkey mentioned that in passing it got me thinking.

Well as you know we've had our critics for not being serious enough. And when you go on forums and FB groups you invariably find a lot of people who are seriously intense about motorcycling. Like as if it defines them as a person......rather than the reality of it being something you choose to do as an aspect of your life. So if we laid out our table as being totally different in mindset.......would it have more appeal?
