Things have changed......the bike won't be back for another week or so. They've found a problem with the braking system......I think it's the ABS unit itself. They told me it would be over a grand to replace if it wasn't under guarantee. I'd like to have had it back obviously, but getting new shit for fuck all also has it's benefits!

Warmed up quite a bit now...... .......and I'm due to get the bike back this afternoon. However, I've got a load of work on and now we've picked up some sort of stomach bug......so I ain't feeling too buoyant at the moment. I've promised to take Jake out to a place he's never been this weekend......so I now have to figure out some place interesting for him. I will get out on the bike at some point, but it'll have to be early morning. What you lot doing?

Just had a call........it's being delivered to the house at 2.30 tomorrow afternoon!

No word from the dealer today......wondering if they've found anything else that needs replacing? I'm quite happy for them to change the clutch if they want. Or the final drive. Or even the engine!
