I had a Griffin Clubman back in the 70's......they were great for the time.

I used Shoei for years......but the prices kept going up and up. In 2016 I read reviews on HJC which said they were designed around the Shoei head shape and were a lot more reasonable in price. So I ordered one and sure enough it was very much like the Shoei.......though the finish, quietness and interior wasn't as good. No doubt the Shoei is better......but there's no way it's 3 times better in terms of the price differential. And in some cases the HJC was getting a higher safety rating than the Shoei. I'll be getting another HJC next year without a doubt.

My HJC is 6 years old now......I'll replace it next year!

Fred's backdrops in the Welsh Valleys don't look like anything I've ever seen in Wales. My view was it's OK to enhance a pic but those are Mawsley levels of enhancement. In his pics he made his POS Vespa on a back lane look like a fucking MV Agusta in Monte Carlo!

My personal feeling is if you need to brighten an image up a bit because of bad light etc.....that's fine! However, if you take it to the extreme of making a Toxic Waste Dump look like some sort of Tropical Caribbean Paradise then it's gone too far! Because it's now turned into a Mawsley Special. I came close to going off that ledge.....only saw it at the last moment. From what I can recall I dragged it round on the spot.....the XT350 was only about 150kg.
