As I've said before, I don't always see every post here......and I don't follow every link that may be posted. So if anybody here sees something which you feel is out of order than PM me and I'll deal with it.

I have no wish to ever be seen in a place like that! How is it that when I post ruins etc people say it's a miserable place? Then when Fred posts something like that he's the fucking man?

Tango was a Mod on another forum......and probably the best one they ever had. But this isn't the other forum......there's a much more volatile membership here, and it's a fact that a lot of people can't hack it. So what do you do? Dumb it down and make it gentle so the guys with bike valets, manservants and butlers can cut the mustard?

I tracked down everybody that I could find from the past......after all, there's been misunderstandings over the years with a few people.....so it was a sort of new beginning. Obviously I would hope that those individuals would post in a positive way on here given the gesture that's been made.

I use W10 on my main system because I need to use certain Windows programs for work......but apart from that one all the others have been Linux (Ubuntu, then Mint) for about 15 years.

I've run Mint on a few of my systems for years......it's very good!
