I'll never get rid of the pain completely but it's just great to do something with Paolo that he loves. If it hadn't been for covid I'd never have known how much he loves it. I'll do it as long as I can Fred but I'll never join the feckin Ramblers I'm missing riding with Tony as he's working full time again and my weekends are taken up now but I'm sure we'll get a ride in at some time

We drove across Bristol today to Winterbourne for a walk through the Frome valley. We parked here by Damsons bridge ........... and set off down the river walk ........... and then our main goal came into view ...............
