Forecast for the weekend here is a bit better than what they said.......May get out tomorrow for a hour if SWMBO gives me the OK. Sunday is booked up, as its our daughters birthday.

Not that I have been on the scoot much this summer, but there have been very few bug splats on my visor or on the front of the scoot when i have been out......and also noticed that there ain't been many Bumble Bees in our garden this summer.

How far is Bazza & Albox from you? Seen Albox on A Place in Sun a couple of times.

About 20 miles per week for me, most of that milage was going to and from Asda.

Google August timeliness. Lazy old twat!..... Walking distance is way out, I never carry my phone on my daily strolls around the park..

We have gone into it, looked on the government website, filled in a few forms, and we are entitled to no help..... nothing.

We pay £150 per month council tax.......Water rates are £25 per month.....Summer rates for gas and electric are around £50 per month, they nearly treble in the winter ...and £450 per month rent....don't know how we live in the UK.......oh I know, we don't live!, we exist.

They have tidied Bridlington up, apart from Seagull shite everywhere ...we had a very nice day there last year, was in July and not too busy, easy parking, and prices for food were not bad, unlike Scarborough, they charge much more.

Wife is searching the web for somewhere now. She just wants the shortest car journey to somewhere.

We visited there last year when we stayed at Scarborough, wife would like to go to somewhere that we have not been to before, that leaves the Holderness coast area, but places like Withernsea are worse than Mablethorpe. There is always Anderby Creek the place were miners went to die.

Definitely not!, nor Skeggy too ......looking at somewhere not too long a car journey, but that does not leave many candidates.

Not riding in crap weather .....jeez your riding habits are rubbing off. If we have any money left from paying for daughters car repairs we may have 2 days at the coast, when! the weather is a bit better.

Forecast for Friday and the weekend is crap, but I have looked at my diary and I seem to have nothing on the agenda so nothing lost.

Nothing much doing (as usual) here.......raining. But I did my taxi duties yesterday, and cut the grass (boring) while the sun shone, took daughters Pugshite to the garage for the gearbox repairs, quite a busy day really, need today to get over all the exertion

Yeh I know a couple of people on FB and they don't use their full real name.

It seems I am a taxi driver today, a school run, a commute to work, and repeat at 3pm. I hope they fix daughters car sharpish, all this driving interfere,s with my busy schedule.

As I have said before, there 6 bungalows here, 5 of the occupiers know how to work the system, Mobility car each, one other owns 2 newish caravans that he let's out (Skeggy ) 3 of the households have either not worked for quite a while, or at all. The youngest couple (50,s) manage to go to the Canaries at least twice a year, what do I get .....a fucking bus pass.

Our elderly neighbour (shuffled off now) hardly ever worked, after her husband passes away she was able to make a claim for pension credits, she use to say that she had never been so well off.

We cannot fathom him out, both me, my wife and daughter (she works all hours, nights/weekends) have always worked since leaving school, my wife had to finish work early with her buggered knees, but our son Son...He did have a Well paid job steel erecting, but he just walked out one day (20 years ago) and has never worked since. He does not even sign on.....wasted the best years of his life.

Our daughter will pay us back over 3 months, non working son asking for a loan is a monthly ongoing thing, every month they run out of food money, time he got his arse to work, but its been nearly 20 years since he worked, at 43 he is getting too old to change his ways.

We have saved for several years, we have got the money for a funeral for me and my wife. But daughter wants £1100 for her Pugshite gearbox repairs next week, and non working son has sent his partner round for more money for food, so they owe us £300 when she gets paid, bleeding kids.
