I had fish and chips in a pub in London once, not greasy at all and I really liked it.
It can be really good which is why it’s so popular (plus it’s usually much cheaper than a lot of other takeaways) but done badly... oof you won’t want it again for a loooooong time!

I’m ok for now, I settled for an earlier posts suggestion of ‘Sophias British desert’ based on the idea the chocolate will have been digested before the fish n chips arrive at 6pm
I am sadly quite excited as I’ve not had fish n chips for at least a year. Hope it’s not as greasy as I remember!

That’s it I’m off to get something to eat. Swine!

Oven roasted vegetables and rice.
White basmati rice cooked with fresh mint, mushroom omelette, and spinach and soy marinated onion salad:
Entree, toast with olive oil, melted sheep's cheese and the rest of the salad, I liked it a lot:
Portobello mushrooms, cooked with olive oil and garlic, and white basmati with mint
Aaaaaaargh bastard, now I’m hangry, you won’t like me when I’m hangry

The stereo system is good on your bike, BMW of course, so I suppose it ought to be. Can't even hear the wind noise over the music.
That last picture of the two bikes facing the camera. You know how you see shapes in stuff and once seen it never really goes away? When I look at the headlights I am now only seeing the Polar bear from the foxes glacier mint advert looking over his shoulder and flashing his tea towel holder at me.
Oh ffs thanks for that. Hoping as it wasn’t my thought it won’t stick -

Crikey that looks good, made me hungry but it’s Mother’s Day so I’m not making any food today, so great ay, except in reality I’m just going to be hungry until some sort of takeaway turns up

Sunshine and empty tarmac, you’re killing me, you’re killing me
Looks great. I’m impressed with the video quality, they all seem to pixelate sometimes

Neighbour is back home, or at least someone is moving about in there and their car was outside earlier, thin walls here. Also I'll have you know that she knocked on my door on Christmas Eve and gave me a box of chocolates for being a nice neighbour, which does make me a bit embarrassed about not knowing their names when the police asked yesterday. I wasn't ill after eating the chocs so it wasn't an attempt at getting new neighbours.
All sounds very sinister to. Better get those security cams up, not that they’ll keep you safe from anything but be interesting for us to see how your demise comes about

Love it. Great pics, some of the greens are luminous and the mill pond waters lovely.
Great vid to. Nice shots, well edited together, made it very smooth and easy to watch. I’m beginning to suspect you’re a skilled person! Do you post them elsewhere eg a YouTube?
Also could you give @XTreme some music tips for his

Yeah just my left one but it pops n clicks constantly
Clicking n popping on it’s owns not necessarily a sign of anything bad but still best to get it checked. -

So what other flow charts are there then I think I only know bmi
So many. Cardiac, diabetic and sleep apnoea come straight to mind. Then there’s other more complicated locally developed ones and of the dull lifestyle advice ones.
Although the sleep apnoea one doesn’t fit for the opposite reason- rugby players (forwards) only tick one or two boxes but are much more likely to have it!

I play tighthead prop so whilst I need weight im only 5'10 so 17½st is abit much
When you assess someone for surgery there are a lot of factors to take into account and when the person is a rugby player you can take the body mass index charts along with the other flow charts and throw them out of the window! They just don’t fit neatly in any box!

A bit borderline isn’t it, depends on your frame weight (big bones is a real thing) and how much of it’s muscle. Unfortunately lockdowns lent itself to a lot more eating than exercise hasnt it!
My sons a tighthead and at least 19 stone!

Being born and brought up in Swansea, on a clear day we could see right across to the north Devon coast!
Cardiff comes up on all the ‘store finder’ searches as my closest store, completely ignores bristol cos clearly I’m gifted enough to walk on water

Nope but if Flash Gordon had a cape rather than a muscle vest that would be his bike for sure.
