So only got 4 runs in today, the wind was blowing a gale straight at the start line and the rain stopped track time all morning then a few cars ran and the last 2 of the 6 cars had a big prang and stopped racing for another 40 mins, so my 60ft is 0.04s consistent and my e.t is 0.05s consistent and im trusting the rear tyre grip abit more by getting WOT earlier in the run, so I achieved my goals with a few improvements so even though got limited track time im happy enough

If you dont modify things you hit a plateau and dont get any quicker, but until you prove a tight consistency modifications wont make you quicker

Haha i already can mate, just lowering and strapping the front to keep the front on the deck better when im launching it

Off to the pod for about half 8 sign on, do a run then head to my mates to fit 40mm lowering links and the front strap then head back to the pod for the rest of the day

Well im off to santa pod again this Saturday, now I have my 60ft spread within 0.07s spread across runs im next going to work on getting it to WOT sooner down the run without spinning it up, that will be this Saturday's area to work on, hopefully I'll be able to get WOT before the normal 330ft point

Sounds like they are wanting to go all growed up, whilst we're all thinking wouldnt it be nice to be back home and young again where bills and cares were non existent

Hopefully it won't last with them both being off bikes, but hopefully with them having bike experience it will make them reasonable cage drivers

Busy with bloody work, mostly spending a couple of days at home per month so I can't exactly just disappear out on the bike when I want,that and its been winter

My old man retires in a month or so and he wants to go in to abit of bike restoration i said he should do 125s as there will always be a need for them but he wants to do mainly old British makes, not sure he'll get much
