It wouldn't touch that gooey shit, plus I ran out. That stuff is very similar to thinners but plastic and paint safe. Smells very much like thinners would only use it in a ventilated space or you would be off your tits.

I have had the remnant sticky glue from old wheel weights on my bike since I’ve had it. Nothing I had would touch it. So did some research and got this chemical stuff. Worked a treat.
