  2. She’s says so, but she is going through some stuff at the moment so I don’t really know. I will keep the bike around until her insurance runs out in October to give her every chance to change her mind.
  3. More than happy to although he would have to drop it into me at the castle.
  4. Offer to weld it for him then ........

  6. Don't you start...lol. Wasn't planning to go out , figured some nice fresh air would be nice , and the boys were going exploring new trails...so.
  7. Im sure mine is great for it too... in the hands of someone who is skilled, which I'm not ... I'm ok on 1.5mm and up, mostly, but the tank is really thin, at least where the holes are it is.

  12. Out for a last ride on the Sprint before it goes back in the healing shed. New vacuum fuel tap, new fork seals and front brake strip and clean. Down to Meva and stopped in the market on the way back. Back in the shed. To be fix d My Dailey ride for the nexts few days. Certainly a contrast to the Sprint something like 100 kg’s lighter I think.
  13. Another glorious day here in Greenland..
  14. Sunshine this morning. What's the chances of getting the woman on her bike.

  21. You're right there mate, it was the first time iv been on the bike since last August
  22. Did it myself. A combination of paint stripper and sanding with a high grit pad. It seems every pre 86 tank has corrosion perforations at the lowest points each side where the water collects and this one is no different. I was contemplating welding it up myself but thin aluminium is difficult and its 75% certain ill just blow through it so getting someone local bike shop to do it.
  23. Running standard springs by any chance?
  24. That’s because you don’t normally ride it.
  25. Are they getting abit cruddy or something?
