  1. Past hour
  2. Diesel is £2+ a litre here, except at Costco.
  3. I’ll be in the car a lot over the next couple of weeks. Diesel at over 2 euros here right now.
  4. Today
  5. Petrol is £1.74 a litre here for e5 now and that is at Costco. It is between £1.90 and £2 at other places. According to the Donald it is because Ukraine hasn’t surrendered to Russia, nothing to do with him starting a war with Iran and closing the route for oil supplies.
  6. Took my lovely smooth and fast road tires off, and put the chunky ones on, for November going to Morocco. Silly expensive petrol here

  16. Last week
  17. Yes I think so...physically the dog is still fine and probably has a few more good years ahead still...got to bring her back in two weeks for a checkup and remove some stitches possibly....and that real nice Vet only charged 400 that with all of the meds included...im sure the other place would have charged like 1500 or possibly more...fucken thief I tell you..lol.
  18. Yes Im sure the other place...would have said...first we have to do a blood test...and ultrasound to check her heart and maybe a biopsy to check for cancer and probably and x ray for good mesure...the place looks and is identical to a modern day hospital for humans...
  19. Long story short....anyway from all of the ear scratching, her left eye got a real bad infection , had to wash it out almost every second day or the eye would shut completely with mucous...was using what I could find at the drug store , polisporine eye drops and ointment for the ear... It was around 11 am when the vet called her in to have a look..figure in my mind that was it...and she would recommend me to put her to sleep...she checked her heart and she could tell the dog was in pain...the Vet said look I have 3 surgery today, one of those I can wait for tomorrow...and I can remove what's in her ear but no guarantees...the dog is 13 years old...told her to go ahead and if the dog dies well ... It turned out to be polyps one large one and another smaller one further down the ear canal...she made it through like a champ and already almost back to normal today...that a pic from when I brought her back home..she was still a little bang up by the Anastasia..
  20. Yes Bucky. It's been leaking from the overflow pipe at random times for ages. I could start it in the morn or pull up at a junction and there'd be petrol everywhere. Had it apart for a new needle valve but this time it's getting an ethanol compatible one.
  21. Pretty much Lyn....road repairs, local schools, street lights & City and County taxes....our wheelie bins are charged separately each month by a local Sanitation company.
  22. So are you having trouble with your carburettor?
  23. property taxes::: is that like our local Council taxes then ( your local Guberment tax for street lights and empty rubbish bins Roads repair ) that sort of stuff? Lyn.
  24. Yes:::: I bought it years ago to do a Euro trip on with 4 other dickheads But Covid stopped the trip. Long before i had done the mods i had planned..ali rims with tubeless tyres and a 150cc kit for more Torq..few other bits. Then my mate had a big Heart attack, so i gave it to him to use as it was a third of the weight of his bike. Sold my Honda C70 ( one of dads bikes ) a month or so ago, so my mate returned my Innova ( ANF125i ) The earlier carb model was faster so a winter fixer upper....
  25. Does that Beast have an enclosed chain?....looks like it. Always liked that concept...especially for winter riding.
