The KX450XC looks cool. Wish it had a rudimentary headlight and tail light on it so it could be plated for street use here. I need to get a new dirt bike.

They'll eat just about anything that they can catch.

Then there are these guys - loads of them, hunting in packs. My driveway appears to be a good hunbting ground for them as we always seem them there. They are the main culprits for snagging cats and smaller dogs for dinner..

It's funny, people that just move here are always posting pictures of their lost lost cats and small dogs that are lost. "Help me find Buffy" type posts. Lady, your cat isn't missing, he was lunch.

We have a bobcat that hangs out in our front yard from time to time, he's a fat bastard, too. Haven't got a lot fo good pics of him as he's always here during low light times; early morning, late evening. Don't see them much in daylight.

There are! And a train car left there at 12,000' feet up on the Pass. I tried to get there once before this summer and the road was closed off. Gonna try again today and see if it's open. Pics to follow....

I'd leave it for another week - looks good right now. Glad we don't have lawns here. Headed out to ride an old train route today. They pulled up the tracks and now it's just a dirt road for me to ride on.

We have a Stage 1 fire ban and Red Flag Warnings in effect here; No Shooting, no outside fires and no fireworks allowed. Sucks. They just don't wang the mountains catching on fire. It's been very dry here. Couple of years ago, some kids were shooting tracer rounds and burned up a hill or two and some homes.

Celebrating Independence from the Evil Empire. So that means grilling steaks and blowing shit up with copious amounts of beer.

Don't I know it. One day they're all lovey dovey, licking the salt off of your truck in the driveway and the next night the bastids jump in front of your truck....

As an American, this is the only castle that I like to visit...
