I have a heated jacket its quite thin so fits under my normal jacket although does make it a little tight. I find i don't have to turn it on half the time as it's warm enough, i normally switch it on when heading home in the evening when the temperature really drops making the ride home much more enjoyable, i put it on full until i smell bacon cooking and then leave it on simmer. I only wear a t shirt under my jacket all year around so i'd say it does a good job. Although my wife has discovered it now, last time we were out on a cold ride together she was complaining she was cold so like a fool i let her wear it and i froze my nuts off all the way home.

Well i'm good for the future as i have Category L which is, Electrically-propelled vehicle And i can ride a Harley

All your info is on line now Bob as long as your entitlements show there it really doesn't matter whats on the licence, the coppers know if you can drive/ride what your on before they pull you over the licence is just a means of identification nowadays Stick your info in here to check it all https://www.viewdrivingrecord.service.gov.uk/driving-record/licence-number

Mine is more of a trophy as it’s covered in points and endorsements
-
I have a few photocopies and a scan of it, the wife has hers as well, mine is falling apart but it doesn’t need to be produced anymore as everything is on line so the wear and tear is greatly reduced
-
I don’t have a photo-card licence still holding onto the old paper one for as long as I can. There’s no photo on it so no need to update it every ten years
-
Your never going to understand anything outside your comfort zone so it’s not worth my time trying to explain it to you
-
No but I’m happy to do that if I have to but I won’t need to this time of year. There are plenty of public toilets in holiday areas if it came to that so no problems there
-
I’m on a camp site with proper facilities I just choose which one I go to and how long we stay. We were moving on today but our walk out and stop in the pub took longer than expected so staying at this place again tonight and moving on tomorrow that’s the beauty of this I do what I want when I want there’s no schedule to follow don’t need to book anything I just turn up, I”m laying in bed watching a film at the moment the wife is sleeping beside me. I can’t see what Pete”s big problem is with someone doing something other than working themselves to death, watching Netflix, travelling 2 hours to get a cup of tea or having a two hour ride into waste land twice a month. Now I could say what a waste of a life but I won’t because it’s not my life

Funny enough I did think about doing just that but the thought of someone like you picking us up put me off. There’s all sorts of boring cunts out there you know
-
Yup and had a gentle 7 mile walk along part of the Pembrokeshire coast. now sat in a pub drinking larger with the money I saved by not staying in a hotel

Where’s the fun in that. There is absolutely no adventure in you at all is there mr humdrum.

I think he’s stepping up his game to make her flounce so this forum will be a total sausage fest just the way the fossil likes it lol
-
I think it knocked us out we didn’t wake up until 10 this morning surprisingly good nights sleep for the both of us. Going for a walk around the coast now, Broad Haven and onto Barafundle Bay if my legs will take it

No no no I’m not a total peasant I had surf n turf in the local pub but the wagon was smelling a bit ripe this morning
-
@Pedro you owe me 120 knicker. after you embarrassed me with my bin bag blinds in the marmite wagon I had to buy some proper ones testing them out over the next few days. Currently down in Pembrokeshire eating my favourite dead animal with some fishy stuff and chips

Looking good Bob heated grips essential when you’re an all weather rider very rare on this forum looking forward to your first ride report on it

Same here Clive, a lovely 17.1c outside and i'm sat here typing this LOL

Sorry Boss, genuine never want to own a Harley owners mistake so not familiar with the poor spelling of real words to make overpriced parts seem cool.
-
That's the reason for his trailer it's the battery storage unit, know amongst the Harley crowd as the Tow Pack
-
It pretty much expires when you push it out the showroom

At the risk of sounding like a parrot because I've said this to you before LOL Yes that's why i traded the 2022 bike in as i hadn't done any of the scheduled maintenance other than oil changes. 3 hours is the first service which is the equivalent to your road bikes 500 mile service, its to get rid of any manufacturing and assembly debris in the gearbox. On the 2022 bike i thought i was draining glitter out of the gearbox this one not so much, Oil changes are a doddle to do only takes about 10 minutes and only 800ml of oil so cheap and no filter to change.

A rusty car is a rare sight here now as well, it's nothing like it was 30 years ago.
