  1. You need the KTM and the DRZ
  2. with me or you on it yes but do you think it would lift the front wheel with six on it
  3. It's a bleeding two stroke LOL wont be as nice on the road as a four stroke but will be easier to ride off road on the hard stuff. What are you thinking of doing with the dirt riding.
  4. Get it on a tight twisty back road and there's nothing better even with the knobbly tyres
  5. It's almost as bad as Ponty there LOL
  6. You need to move to wales Clive LOL
  7. But like him you will have to be dead before your art is recognised as more than a child's doodling's
  8. Another thing with buying a second hand enduro bike is so many people disconnect the speedo and tape all the plastics up to protect it and then sell a high hour bike as a low hour bike and because it looks good you think your getting a good bike. I think with the fuel injected bikes now you can plug into the ECU to check if the hours are correct you have to check wear marks that are harder to hide like brake disc wear foot rest brake and gear lever wear rub marks on engine cases from boots and things like that, that's why i just stumped up the cash for a new bike because i'm the type that buys the shiny lemon money pit, just look at the dog
  9. That's your mistake Clive go to the doctors at opening time and you will beat the lazy fuckers on the phone to it and if you don't get an appointment you've got out for a change it's a win win
  10. Performance is a bit different on the dirt to the road, i had a mate that was a full on racer thought he was the fastest around he used to ride R1's and Ducatis as fast as he could on the road. One day he announced he was buying a CRF450 i mentioned it might be a bit too powerful for him to learn to ride off road on as it has pretty harsh fueling and throttle response but he dismissed me and got it anyway. I was talking to him in the pub the night after he got it and he leaned over to me and said smugly it's not too fast Fred, i said where have you been on it and he had only ridden it home from blunder road in Bridgend which was about 20 miles mostly motorway. He started riding off road with a few friends of mine and after a month he sold it told me it wasn't for him wasn't what he was into. A few months after that i bumped into the friends he'd been riding with, well he hadn't told me the full story had he apparently he spent more time on the floor than riding it falling off on the flat going up hill down hill in ruts you name it he'd fallen off on it and they all took the piss out of him, but he was the kind that couldn't take a bit of banter so the one day they were out after a bit of piss taking he disappeared. They waited for him for a while and when he didn't show up they started getting worried and went looking for him, spent a couple of hours riding around the forestry but no sign of him so they went to his house to see if his missus had heard from him before they called the emergency services and the fucker was there, he got pissed off and went home sulking and that's when he sold the bike and never mentioned it again to me. It wasn't the bike that was the problem though it was him he was too pig headed to take any advise because he thought he was the best at everything. That was another episode from dead Phil's short life. Oh that 350 will have plenty of power just don't expect to be tearing around at 80mph everywhere on it, your probably looking at 50 to 60 mph as a comfortable speed but it will get there pretty quick
  11. Because i'm on the list it's like that for me when they start sending me messages saying i'm overdue an appointment the old i'm working away from home excuse comes out. As long as you keep in touch and don't ignore them their pretty good i went three years without a check up before my visit this year
  12. Years before covid i was attending outpatients at the hospital for a few weeks and would be stuck there for hours some times. The place was heaving as it was but you would see a few injured or sick people with all of their family there waiting with them taking up valuable space with their 6 scummy kids running riot, selfish fuckers the lot of them. If i ever take up arms and put people out of their misery it would be doctors and hospital waiting rooms usually full of chavs, Great since covid though the places are empty
  13. Yes but its at least a foot and a half away from his shorter stump
  14. Getting a doctors appointment is virtually impossible here, luckily i don't get ill enough to need a doctor's attention very often but when i have i just turn up at the doctors and tell them whats wrong and they have seen me within half hour. I've done this three times in the last year and had the same result each time. i think it's to ward off the time wasters and unemployed treating it as a day out.
  15. Don't encourage him we need less photos of men's private areas not more
  16. It's like that here with dentists if you don't visit regular they strike you off their list and you got no hope of getting back on
  17. His artistic style is very similar as can be seen below when comparing to one of his early impressions
  18. The DR would be perfect but they don't officially import them here and are expensive for what they are
  19. Now you mention yes, it's the same model as the wife's, it sticks to the road like glue and is really nice to drive but you feel every little bump and i need a winch to get me out its so low
  20. I thought he was more on par with Joan Miro Personnage
  21. For that price you can get yourself a nice Honda civic here five years younger with less miles https://www.cargurus.co.uk/Cars/inventorylisting/vdp.action?listingId=153213133&entitySelectingHelper.selectedEntity=d3065&sourceContext=google&cgfv=0.25&cgfr=5&cgfab=Q&ax8324=506&px8324=p2&dnetworktype=r&cgfdate=202448&cgfloc=gb&type=&kw=&matchtype=&ad=&placement=&device=c&devicemodel=&adposition=&cp=20986444440&adg=&fi=&tid=&lc=9045357&lm=&tgt=&aceid=&cgsp=sp402041&gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQjwztOwBhD7ARIsAPDKnkDpQPOP_hKEYseRYEsjvlb-8aypjxcXnq3DKjXZiXHMQJxNe7F0flkaAg55EALw_wcB&pid=mini_vdp_main_image#listing=153213133
  22. You mean post stuff about bikes and shit like that, I like your way of thinking sound's good Pedro. Now If there was only some kind of rule that says no politics or religion I think that could help
  23. If your buying an enduro bike your going to have all the short intervals with it. If you want an enduro bike with road bike service intervals your screwed as there isn't one Seriously though it depends on what type of riding you intend doing. If your just looking at the odd trail to ride when on a country road ride i'd be looking at a KTM690 Husky 701 or the Gas Gas 700 all the same bike, oodles of power and around 7000 mile service intervals but they do have a few teething issues that are easy to sort, probably already done if your buying second hand.
  24. I broke my collar bone in one of those as a baby the old man crashed it with 5 of us squeezed in i'm sure i mentioned it on here before
  25. @Six30 The Jackson pollock of Motorcycle riders forum i like it
