Oil on those coils shouldn't make a difference sounds like your disturbing something when you take the flywheel off i'd be looking at the pulse generator which is the black block at the back
-
I'm liking the back to top arrow as it stays in view when you scroll down so you don't have to go all the way to the bottom of the page to click it ? now if i could only have all the good smileys stay at the top instead of having to scroll down to them?

I picked up a digital one for the compressor a few weeks ago as its a pain having to grab my reading glasses every time i check the pressures, it also works as a pressure gauge when not connected to the compressor

The flap bit hinges back and is removable but i have never removed it my jeans are a snug fit over the top so you don't see that part
-
There's a removable shin guard which hanging down on the right boot. (as your looking at them) fixed with velcro once the boot is zipped up
-
And you gave Bob a reach around for it

I use Sidi Gore-Tex for the road bike and Forma adventure for everything else including the road bike, the Sidi's have had very little use since I've had the Forma's need a new pair now though

This Lean Angle Indicator Helps You Improve Safely
Sir Fallsalot replied to SweatHog's topic in MOTORCYCLE CHAT
Never mind the twats having accidents trying to get to the lean angle there's going to be thousands of accidents just with the twats looking at it instead of the road -
That's bad.? I've been reading about Li batteries and came to the conclusion i don't want one a long time ago, they also don't like the cold and you may have to do a warming process before they will start your bike which can be turning the ignition on with the lights on for a short while before pressing the starter This is an interesting read especially the bit about damaging your regulator rectifier https://www.rexs-speedshop.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/10/LiFePO4-Need-to-Know-Facts.pdf

National Holiday in Spain.....so it's Beemer Time!
Sir Fallsalot replied to XTreme's topic in DAY RIDES
That's a big tyre for that size bike, can you get away with a 140 and save a few quid on the tyres -

I only mentioned the tyres Pete because a more trail type tyre will have a much stronger carcass than a road bias tyre making it more resistant to cuts and tears when off the smooth stuff, you will lose some grip on road depending what tyre your on but if your not a racer you wont notice the difference and from what i gather wet grip wont be an issue because you don't ride in it -

Are you thinking of putting a more trail type tyre on when those wear out Pete -
That makes it wider he wants it to be longer and there's something wrong with his side stand as well lol
-
Oi i had a bench in my lock down ride report and none of you feckers other than Bob commented on it
-
@Rogelio Fernandez-Rojo I can see you haven't got the hang of posting links yet LOL
-
There's always that once Pete and that will probably be when the tyre goes down LOL
-
Keep it quiet Pete you don't want that racket spoiling the ride
-
Just remember Pete if your going to modify the side stand the bike needs to lean over enough so the bike don't fall over if any of the tyre goes flat overnight
-
There's some tidy shelving in there for the garage I'd be back with the car and some tools

targets i think Pete. I was on what was probably the only hill around there years ago watching jets fly over firing live rounds at targets there, it was pretty impressive
