Shit, where's that bloody popcorn emoji gone again
-
A couple of mates have had them years back, I don't remember them having any probs but the servicing was bloody expensive. I'm sure you could break it and get much more than your money back. Sounds like a winner to me.

I'm in the centre of one and it's a shit hole at times.

I changed the front lower wishbones on a discovery 4 for a mate today. Nothing seized which made a change but still a fight. Up the him to get the alinement sorted as it drives like a shopping trolly, although they're like that anyway.

Returning Rider Looking for advice from the wise and good!
Catteeclan replied to Jimbo 64's topic in INTRODUCTIONS
Welcome Jimbo. Good advice from Saul. Not got much confidence in the chinesium stuff yet but it's def improving. Have you considered a scooter? Great for commuting with plenty of space under the seat and great weather protection but little street cred. -
Still got some meat on the oldies, any reason for changing?

Just fitted a new door release cable to an Evoke. Owner now wants me to sort his transit window and fit a new rear light to a merc. Told him next week, he obviously doesn't have work in the rain.

Seems like it's our turn then.

Looks dryer than we've had here today.

I had some like that with a Bmw tag on them. Were quiet expensive but have been brilliant to the point I tried to get some more and they've stopped making them.

Prob couldn't quite make it to the next bench

Hats off to you lot, to much like hard work for me to enjoy.

I know a chap who works for David Silvers and he builds many of them. All the parts are still available not all genuine though.
-
After playing with the bike thought I'd nip out for a bit. David Silvers had a 400/4 day but by the time I'd got there it was almost over. Was told there were over 150 of them , think I passed many going the other way. Couple of old gems in the parking area. Took the road to Framingham and then Seething, Hales and Home after refilling. Found a nice water tower on the way.

That looks fookin loud.

Ain't got a clue what's happening today. Daughter and boyfriend are going to see their friends and I'm hoping Mandi will bugga off out so I can sort the rear sprocket and balance the throttle bodies on the tracer. Totally forgot about the MotoGP sprint race.

Pricey ain't it.

A mate had one and traded for the 1200. Said it was a bit under powered, didn't tango say something similar?
-
I assume it's a kit of some sort with much of the Bmw bolted in.

Here it is. I had to smack the pump about in the shed to get it going again. Doesn't sound to well but got enough pressure to get the thing going, all be it on 2 cylinders at best. New plugs coming but that's for later. Enjoy. The brick

Today's the day I change the transmission oil of a Volvo XC60 and refit the fuel pump to the trike thing. I'm taking a sick bag as well as tools.
