I’m not sure if it would fit on my CB the mirror is pretty close to the master cylinder. Suppose it would be an idea to ask them.

I thought I would take the chance for ride before Storm Agnes gets here tonight. Pretty warm around 19c. I had my winter jacket and was bloody hot at times. There is a very similar Iron Age for near Fowey called Castle D’or but that has cattle on it so it’s dodgy to go there. There is a stunning view from Castle An Dinas. You can see Dartmoor in the far distance and all of Goss moor much closer. Also have a good view of the Clay Pits over at Greensplat. The A30 and much else. Made me wish I had a drone or better camera. After my walk I rode past Dameralls on the way home. They seem to be stocking up again. I liked the AT they had there and a nice 2012 T100 Bonnie. Also 3 CB500X’s and 2 Transalps in stock. They Also had a X-Cross 1200 DCT but that thing was huge.

I thought about getting one as my CB's bars are quite congested, tis a bit spendy though at £55 plus shipping.

This has turned up at Parbados this year. It’s a time and tide bell. One of 13 that will stand on beaches around the British coastline. It is rung by the incoming and out going tide, it is supposed to warn of global sea level rise. Of course the Dear Boy couldn’t give a flying feck about it Not my photo but you get the jist

That is grim. Does sound like Camborne though just bigger!

Yeah I reckon. Given what I do for work I have been out and about in all of these towns after dark and St Aweful, while grim and full of hostel dwellers, it is in no way the worst. I would rank them worst to best, PZ (Drugs probs, evil estates.), Bodmin (Drug probs), Liskeard (Just fecking rough), Camborne (Incest centre of the UK), Redruth, St Aweful. Launceston is pretty sleepy as a town although the pubs get a bit rowdy with carrot crunchers at the weekend. Oh and I forgot Newquay, fights and vomit, plus drugs. Grimy shit hole with a pretty face. Always used to be ethnically Scouse, not sure about nowadays.

That's a fair point, I couldn't give a toss but the Darkness may have a different opinion.

Yes mate, I was thinking I could use some insulation board inside the shed on a wooden frame then either ply line or use OSB for the walls inside, just use the tin for the outer weatherproofing. I can get an actual 10 x 8 tin shed for around £300, then spend £200 making the inside more pleasant and usable all year.

That's interesting Clive, I have put a couple of those metal sheds together in the past when I had my handyman business. I didn't like those sliding doors then, I could build some custom wooden frame doors to replace them. Security is not that important where I live. Also the shed itself would behind a locked 6 ft gate. Condensation and also insulation is a concern for me.

Dunno if I have mentioned it but I want a shed for my bike and bike stuff. I have a 3m x 3m concrete base just outside the back door. I cast it years ago so the kids could have a temporary pool on it every summer, now they are to old for that sort of thing I thought ,my time has come. Just priced up to build the frame for the shed, wanted to build it out of 63 x 38 cls for a good job that would be strong and last. Fuck me has timber gotten expensive . Just timber for the frame is over £600. Plus sheeting, roofing, fixings and glass. Looking at around £1200, complete, seems a helluva lot for a 10 x 10 shed. I could get a self assembly log cabin for similar sort of money, which I would just have to assemble rather than build from scratch. Other option would be a Metal shed which would be around £500 but I just don't like the bloody things, although I am sure it would be pretty functional. Plus I could always customize it. Could also get a normal 10 x 8 wood Shed for £650 ish.

Not much to disagree with there. I think Billie and Sincs are a waste of space, if they can't shine and dominate against Chile what chance have they against tier one opposition. Also time to look past Faz. But Borthers won't and England will lose.

Just finished Rabbit Hole with Charles Dance and Kiether Sutherland. Very good bit like a John Grisham novel.

Oh dear, didn't take long did it.

Chill if the Saffers got their kicks it would not have been an issue, wasn't about the ref.

How the Paddy's cope with that will be massive on the out come.
