    Lesson Time.

I may have more patience with my precious daughters than pretty much anyone else on the planet. Not sure I would make a good teacher in general. Although I have taught several people to sing since 'I have started my singing group, but that's not hard really all about confidence and training your ear.
  2. Got to take my Shadow out for another riding lesson this morning. Due to a combination of her being ill, both of us working and rubbish weather we haven’t been out for a lesson for 3 weeks. When the rain blew through today we took that opportunity to go out. Went to the local Market World that only opens Sat Sun and Wed so closed today with an empty car park. Really pleased with her progress today. For starters she remembered everything from earlier lessons and pulled away, stopped, changed direction figure of 8’s and the like. Brilliant and built her confidence. So much so I got her changing gear today which was great to see. Feels like she is making real progress. Halfway through the lesson we stopped for a snack and talked about what happened, couple of stalls and stuff, but generally all good. Anyway after the break got her out there again and she is using the first 3 gears now with some degree of comfort. Doing well so brought the lesson to an end on a high. Rode her home and got her a treat in the garage on the way. Enjoyable day with my youngest. Rubbish photos I know but concentrating on the job in hand.

Poor old Mr Pinchy, what a sad end to be consumed by a Moose Molester
  9. I don't know there is any logic involved in anything that goes on there. I would have thought if you couldn't focus the last thing you should do is risk getting thumped especially if you have no skill to defend yourself. Not saying they were thinking that way they obviously weren't. Like I said initially soft twats who couldn't throw or land a punch and luckily for both of them their opponents was equally clueless. I have seen what happens when a drunk takes on someone who wasn't and could defend themselves. It doesn't last long.
  10. No they are pissed up soft twats that can't throw or land an effective punch. If they can't focus the last thing they should be doing is fighting.

  17. I am a bit conflicted about them, I think they look cool as hell in the flesh but they also remind me of a locomotive. I just can't imagine living with something that big, bit of adverse camber or gravel when you put your fit down. Imagine trying to paddle it backwards for any reason. Just to big and bloody heavy to my mind.
  18. I would be sad to see you go, I enjoy your content. I think what you post is thought provoking and entertaining. Doesn’t hurt giving Buckster the needle either both of your to and fro interactions are fascinating, to me anyway.
  19. To be completely objective they look pretty good in the flesh. I know that doesn't make them reliable or worth anything second hand but I think their day will come, and no I won't buy one. I remember Nathan the Postman is selling his X-Cape and struggling to do so or was in the last video I watched. He also said the X-Cape felt low on power.

    My Home Town.

An identical one to mine but with half the garden sold last month for £336,000. But its just numbers everything down here is £200,000 plus. Just think of trying to raise that sort of mortgage. Just not going to happen unless you are pushing £40 to 50k a year and who the fuck earns that in rural Cornwall. Not many I would argue.
  21. Got some new feet for my duck.
