  1. Nice underseat petrol tank is what you want Clive!
  2. He's here now so Matron must have dressed him and given him his Corn Flakes by feeding with a spoon.
  3. Don 't think Matron's woken him up yet!
  4. Heavy and tall! As Mess said.....the SV650 would be perfect, same engine as the Strom, but 25kg lighter, lower seat height, and around 2K cheaper.
  5. We've got a perimetral lockdown coming tomorrow Ray!
  6. Says the man who still hasn't mastered how to go up and down steps without a grownup holding him!
  7. I've split this topic into a new one where everybody can advise Michelle on what to buy!
  8. It's too heavy Michelle......it weighs the same as my Beemer!
  9. Michelle wants something road only Lionel......but I bet she regrets it. Because I reckon she'll be out and about on it and see some track or path she wants to check out......and ends up wishing she had the RE with her. Now if she went for a DR650 or a F/G650GS (which will do everything on the road the CB500 will do)......she wouldn't be limited.
  10. Word is we're getting a Perimetral Lockdown again as from Tuesday!
  11. The tailpipe looks huge on them now......yet it didn't seem that way 20 years ago. I guess it's just how styles have changed over the years.
  12. Where did you come across us Paul......was it on Facebook?
  13. I don't think Matron has given @Swagman his Meds today!
  14. Spend it on a cheap Hooker instead!
  15. There are no fees on my boards......never has been....never will be!
  16. Thanks Bruce! No need for donations here......I have all the server resources we'll ever need! And the cost of software updates for the year and domain name only comes to about €50.......which is paid for by the business and offset against Tax. I doubt any other forum out there is in that position! I'm planning in the next few months to set up a separate portal with news and other initiatives......magazine sort of thing. I know a lot of motorcycle travel writers who would submit content and in doing so they can do a big promotion on their books, tours, events etc.
  17. We've always used Invision forum software......going back to 2002. So everybody's used to it. It has changed a lot over the years.....here's DSUK in 2004.... But we've moved along incrementally from there as the software has evolved, so this latest version isn't a big step for the old crew. Over there, they're moving forward 15 years in one step......consequently some brains got frazzled! If you don't move forward in IT you'll just be left living in the past.
