Well I've been here since 2005 without any incidents whatsoever. That's not to say there are no risks here......there are. But they're of a different nature than in the UK. Generally it's down to hopeless drivers (fortunately they only have a very limited repertoire of stupid manoeuvres) rather than the type of psycho you find in the UK who wants to run you off the road or put you at risk.
