Why take the risk of getting your collar felt by Plod just to hear more Chas and Dave?

The reality is that the chances of any major issue are miniscule.......but nothing beats the peace of mind of having a warranty in place.

Those fucking dickheads at Towca Honda rang me up today to tell me that now they don't have any CRF300L's available! However......if I want, I can pay a deposit and go on a waiting list for the next batch that's expected in Jan or Feb 2024. Fuck 'em......when I do change the CB it'll be for something that actually exists in the showroom, not for something that only exists in a parts bin in Thailand!

When we were young we all pushed the envelope a bit, but we all left some margin for error. Even if it wasn't a very wide margin. There was always a point we wouldn't go beyond. But there were some (and usually they had very little skill) who were just totally insane. They'd do anything, anywhere with no second thought as to their, or anybody else's safety. Whether they were just stupid, or they had a death wish, or both.......I'm not sure. But not many of them (if any) lived to a ripe old age.

@Six30.......got to question Dubois' heart that he took a knee and quit for a second time! And this time with apparently no injury! Compare that to Fury and Wilder who both kept on getting up after they were hit with much heavier shots.
