  1. No , @Beemer Bummer would be drinking that shite in the can
  2. Those are Bridgestone Battlecross AX41 , they're fine on the road but as with any knobbly tyre you have to watch out for overbanding and stuff like that.
  3. Hey Fred, it looks like we've got us a gay trail rider ............
  4. The cider place next door also gave me a Cornish Cock
  5. Twas a lovely spring morning so I dug the Sled out of hibernation and rode it to work , pretty nippy though
  6. He might ride it about a mile if you're lucky but you definitely ain't going to see him twirling spanners
  7. I'm pretty sure none of them looked like that though Marcel
  8. So your junking the barge and buying a Honda then
  9. Well done to everyone involved , now if we could only manage to keep some female members here .....................
  10. It's called a spanner over here Scott, which is kind of ironic as Pete is a bit of a spanner
  11. He won't because he doesn't like people. He even broke Dell's leg when he went there just to get rid of him ................
  12. Washed the bike, packing the camping equipment away . Sat here having a coffee now as I feel f*cked
  13. You'd get a platinum ring , absolutely no doubt.
  14. This is what you want Pete, you don't go far and there's hours of fun to be had on this . Plus you'll probably get 150 mpg
  15. Absolutely Fred, Bing maps are superb as an overview online. A printed OS map will give you a wider overall view of the area but I hardly use them now when I'm actually riding.
  16. Nice one Bob, I've never ridden a Triumph triple , perhaps I should go and have a test ride just for the hell of it.
  17. Don't be silly , can you really see Pete on a trail fixing a puncture
  18. So the two main types of trail in England and Wales are shown on OS maps, that doesn't mean definitvely that they are legal but it's a good guide. They are know as 'Byways open to all traffic ' or BOAT or simply BYWAY and the others are ORPA's or other route with public access, these are more commonly known as UCR's (Unclassified County Roads). Byways are shown on OS maps as a series of red crosses and ORPAs as a series of red dots, you can see some on this OS map of part of the Peaks. But that best way to find out where you can ride as @Buckster and @Sir Fallsalot have said is to join the TRF (Trail Riders Fellowship) . That way you will get access to the Green Road Map which will give you lots of other information .
  19. There's no such thing as 'ride where you want' as far as trails are concerned.
  20. Never heard a dildo called that before ..........
