My wife has never complained about my bikes, she knows it's what keeps me ticking. One thing I've done though from day one is keep my bike finances seperate from our everyday expenses, that way there can be no complaining about what I'm buying, I call it my sausage fund. A few of my mates have a 'sausage fund' as well.

So if there's been one bonus from this Covid malarkey it's the fact that me and my son Paolo have discovered something that we like to do together and that's walking. Within a decent distance from our house there are plenty of good walks to be had so we've had a great time discovering new paths down through the woods to the river.
