I'll make no bones about it even without rugby im not in the least bit showroom standard im definitely living in a body at least 15 years older than my age would have anyone believe, I ache constantly in places and what doesn't ache doesn't work.....

But I don't know that I can give it up just yet, my head isn't in the mindset that I'm broken but you are probably right I just don't know what would or could fill its place im not that old

Erm that is still to be tried, I can walk.....just but will have to just keep to the RICE protocol see how it goes but I was able to drive home after the game so I don't see why I'd not be able to drive a wagon

Well rugby game played and left knee fucked again........now I'm out of action again for another 9 or 10 weeks

Well my weekend so far consisted of work at 7am this morning in my newly "repaired" truck which it was but then after my first load the steering system developed a leak so I had to limp it back to hq do a 3 million point turn to get it in to the yard and take another truck out for my last load now im home and its time for a rugby game in a couple of hours time

Use to be down my local most days 15 or so years ago but haven't really been to any since being up in Sunderland there's not many in walking distance that you'd want to frequent anyway, why don't you pete i thought thats what all the brit expats did when they moved to Spain

Well my day today consisted of a rugby match and though we didn't win it was a close run game and.......I played 70 of the 80 mins and my knackered knee didn't fail me for a change

Surely they would want to stay awake to watch him wobble down the road and possibly even have a mishap
