Mandy's daughter was in mainland UK for a training course last week. Her bike was stolen on her last night there, whilst she was visiting a friend in Leeds. It's like the fuckin' wild west over there now! Someone saw the hoodied oiks taking it and reported it to the police, but they're not going to do anything about it because they couldn't get a positive identification of the thieves. The bike is a 20 year old Triumph Speed 4 in bright green, so it's pretty distinctive and not worth a lot, so it was probably joy riders. She's well gutted!

I was on holiday and then been a bit busy since I got back, Pete.

Probably not for a couple more weeks, Pete. Mandy is on holiday now for 2 weeks and we're heading to Sicily for a week from next Thursday. The roads are deadly at the moment with the wine harvest underway, so I'm not missing much!

I think that it's forecast to drop to about 24C here on Sunday, but blowing a hoolie! Out on the e-bikes tomorrow morning to head to the seaside for a coffee with our friends from the village.
