So today I pressed apart the clutch basket and replaced the clutch hub bearing and pressed it all back together. Here it is all pressed apart. New bearing pressed in and retaining ring fitted. Inner hub pressed in and retaining ring fitted. Time for lunch then fit the new clutch pack.

Well the clutch no longer slips so the job is a good one.1 point

That’s the bike complete, all the rattles have gone away as has the clunk going into first gear, need to road test now.1 point
